What is thy bidding, my Master?

The distant ding of the elevator on the top floor of The Corporation tower breaks the otherworldly silence. Zavv Rihdan emerges slowly from the lift, reaching out with his mind to sense his surroundings. The Force vibrates against his mind giving him a type of sonar of the live in the city. He can sense the movements surface thoughts and intentions within the city walls. It vibrates across the waves of the Force, toughing and vibrating Zavv's sixth sense, allowing him to sense various changes and ripples in the ebb and flow of the Force. The dense pockets of people in the slums and the Blue Oyster are like the singers of a haunting melody, throbbing in harmony with the background vibrations of the city, echoing against Zavv's mind like a slow elegant symphony.

He alked slowly, deliberately toward to patch of black twisted energy that formed his Master's office. He had been summoned from his meditation by a guard who had demanded his presence non too politely, and paid ultimately for it. As he walked Zavv reached out with the Force, causing his lightsabers to hover off of his hip and levitate up to his eye level. As he walked the Force disassembled his lightsabers, exposing the internal focusing crystals. The training crystals he used when not on missions slowly floated down to his bag to be used later. Two crystals resembling small starbursts float up from his bang, taking their place in his lightsaber chamber. As easily as the Force had dismantled the one-of-a-kind weapons they slipped back, clicking softly in place. Each saber then floated down, fastening to either hip and Zavv walked.

Zavv stops outside his Master's door, staring ahead into the twisted black pool of energy that encompasses his Master. He takes several breaths and reaches out with the Force, activating the door, sliding it open. He takes a few steps into his Master's office before stopping and lowering himself to his right knee. He drapes his left arm across his left leg and leans forward, pressing his right fist against the floor. He stares at his Master's seat for a moment before speaking.

"What is thy bidding...."

He slowly lowers his head, closing his eyes. He exhales slowly as if choking on the following words.

"..my Master?"

The room danced and swirled with dark power, as if the shadows of the dark room had come to life and were dancing and floating like clouds around the spacious room. The darkest of feelings filled the room blocking out all light from the world outside thought the entire wall opposite the door was made of floor to ceiling windows.  Simply entering the room itself one would expose every negative feeling they harbored at all to the source of this dark power.

Standing just out of the chair at the desk looking out over the city from the window studying the buildings and the happenings of the city around the corporate office, a dark silhouette shifted in the darkness.  Only the soft dancing of the silvery tail glinting softly on the light from the outside world was a hint of who she actually was.  Not that her prized possession would need any further help, his attunement with the world around him was very intense.

She smiled softly almost sadistically as he addressed her so formally as he always did when she sent for him.  She had learned over this time to not bother with telling him to stop the formalities, in his mind she was his master and he was the pupil, she only hoped such a status quo would remain, he was too powerful an asset to lose.

She slowly moved around her desk stepping towards him as she spoke softly though her voice was filled with the firm power of the darkness that seemed to move faster and swirl around her as she stopped in front of him.  “Kill the messenger again?  No matter.”  She waved off the happening, the man wasn’t important anyway.

“These rebels, they’re beginning to grate on my nerves.  The two fire users that broke into the high security prison last week, still haven’t been found.  I grow weary of waiting for these incompetent fools.  Find out who they are and bring them to me.”  She turned quickly on her heel heading back towards her desk that tail smacking his head softly as she moved away.

She was sat down at her desk before she spoke again.  “And Zavv… I want them alive. “  She grinned softly and looked back down at her desk before leaning back in her chair and looking at her powerful assassin.  “But by all means, I only need the parts that can talk to me.  So have all the fun you like.”

My dark power will dominate them all, and soon the rebels will feel oblivion.

Zavv slowly rose to his feet. turning his chocolate eyes on the large plate window. He moves slowly to stand beside her, his eyes scanning Zion's landscape. He pushes his mind out, floating across the vibrations of the city. He feels the strong disturbance at the prison where even now the last bits of fire still burn despite the guards efforts. His mind continued to the aftermath of the empty cell. Three energies remained there. One normal human, and two that seemed more like a strong disturbance than an actual presence. He spoke softly without looking at his Master, His eyes locked and his mind concentrating on the trials of their presence through the Force.

"What was theire target? Who did they free?"

His mind continues to search stretching to the end of their trail, not far past the building itself. He slowly retreated his stretch on the Force coming back to his mind in the office. After a long moment he finally turned to his Master. He spoke softly, his baratone voice echoing in the small enchanted room.

"I can put the pawns to work finding details on the prisoner, then fan out and ki...retreive the Fire Bringers."

As usual in his mind, she was little more than a twisted concentration of darkness in the Force. Where most people trickled outa benevolent or mediocre vibration, his Master pulsed with a throbbing blackness that encompassed his entire mind. It was hard to focus in her presence at times. However, Zavv had grown accustomed to her particular pulse of murder and torture, and had grown to enjoy the comfort and consistancy of his Master's globe of maleovalence. Unlike Antonio. That man thouroughly bothered Zavv.He waited in silence for his Master's response. Deep inside, he hoped in vain that the guards were foolish enough to not have provided her witht this intellegence.

She shook her head slowly as he questioned her about their target, too bad they had little to nothing to go on, protocol wasn't being followed within the prison.  There weren't even any pictures of the fire users nor of their target.  All that was known was that it was a woman that had been picked up for interfering with the police.  She had only been in the prison a day or so when those people had come for her.

She thought only briefly about going down to that prison and having her own private chat with them about protocol and why it should be followed, but after their losses and injuries during the attack she was sure they had learned their lesson.  However, it never hurt to be thorough hence sending Zavv to question them about the woman.  She wanted these men found and obliterated, attacking one of her complexes was not to be tolerated.  Whoever, that woman was, she had some very powerful connections.

Her voice was soft seeming to almost dance with the dark tendrils of the room, her tail dancing behind her as if her words were some strange beat and music that was dance worthy.  "There is nothing much known about the woman. She was picked up on a random interference charge, and none of the proper reports were filed."  She scowled softly.  "I should barcode all of the populace of this damned city, but knowing those incompetent fools they'd fail to use the scanner."

She shook her head slowly and rose from her desk turning to face her personal assassin those green eyes dancing maliciously a soft chuckle slipping past her lips.  "You're the only one I can really count on..."   She smiled and gently ran her fingers over his cheek whispering.  "The only one, that does as they're told, and doesn't fail miserably due to incompetance."

There was of course one other person that wasn't completely incompetent, but that man bothered even her, and was hardly what one would call a loyal follower.  He was a strange man always experimenting down in the lowest levels of the labs, his tests of a nature even she couldn't comprehend.  But then, when one didn't have a soul, such measures could be taken without fear or consequence.  She had never really unleashed that man on the populace, though seeing him fight the swords man not long ago, she couldn't doubt his skill with magic.  He might be the perfect instrument with which to terrorize the location of these brigands out of the populace of the city.

My dark power will dominate them all, and soon the rebels will feel oblivion.

The Force shuttered ans twisted as his Master's finger slid across his cheeck. It pleaded with him to turn his head away, to get away from the plack twisted energy in the Force. After a long moment he nods softly. They will pay for their complacancey in that prison. He speaks slowly, his youthful baratone voice echoing in her dark office.

"As you wish, Master. I shall see to it the protocol becomes a much more stringent policy in the future."

He bows his head slightly and turns. The condensed Force crackles in the form of a breif spark of lightning between his index and middle finger, his attunment to the Force growing with the adrenaline in his system. He walks slowly toward the exit, his thoughts wondering. Who were these fire users, and how dare they free their prisoners. He would make sure they paid dearly. He moved quickly to the door his mind focused on the torture and pain that awaited their inept guards.

She smiled watching the man go with great interest, he always seemed to react so strangely to her touch, as if he both wanted to run and embrace her at the same time.  He never did either, but still, his reaction was one of intrest to her, and his loyalty was undoubtedly fierce.  He would have done anything she said without question, but for perhaps the order she would be giving next.

"Take Antonio with you as well."

She had been thinking about it since she decided to send Zavv to the prison, and had finally come to the decision that sending that... thing with him would be beneficial.  Antonio had been bitching to her about getting more materials for his research even threatening to take them off the streets if she didn't supply them, and that was not something she was prepared for.

There were enough problems dealing with rebels without that bastard using his creepy power on the innocent people of this city and stealing them away to make those strange creatures out of.  He was too useful to dismiss, and too powerful to kill.  So for now she would have to make due humoring him, and if she had to put up with him, Zavv did too.

My dark power will dominate them all, and soon the rebels will feel oblivion.

Zavv froze in his tracks, the Force pulsing around him, begging for Zavv to succumb to rage that now boiled beneith his form. Was his loyalty not enough for her? Did she not trust him to handle the peons and failures of her prison guard? Why would she require him to take...that.....thing...with him on such a simple mission. Zavv had hunted Rachel's enemies to their graves more times than Antonio had made a productive movement for the Corporation. So why was Zavv to be punished?

He turned slowly, his visible form uneffected by her order. Zavv didn't care about Antonio's precious experiments. He didn't give a damn about science or magick. Both stood powerless before the true might of the Force. He looked up, his deep brown eyes locking on his Master. He contemplated verbally complaining, but knew it would do little good. Instead he tipped his head and began walking backwards toward the door.

"As you wish, my Master."

He turned again, Forcing the door open and walking down the hallway to the elevator. He pressed the button to call the elevator to their floor. After a breif wait, the familiar ding sounded as the door slid open. He stepped inside and pressed his hand against the palm scanner after several seconds the all too chipper voice rang up, requesting his desired floor. Zavv grimaced slightly before speaking.

"B17. Biomagickal Research and Development."

Rachel smiled and and watched Zavv go wordlessly.  She understood the man's hatred of that strange researcher, but trusted in his loyalty the man would follow her orders or she'd tear him to pieces.  But the broiling rage int he man's body left her curious and a soft warm smile on her face.

She slowly rose to her feet and moved back to her spot in the dark office looking out through the window at the setting sun, as her precious darkness slipped down over the horizon she couldn't help but chuckle darkly.  This night would be very interesting, and she would have to remember to discuss with Zavv about his anger with her.

Even still she reached out with her powers letting the caress of her darkness dance soflty with his rage slowly pulling that darkness from him a bit leaving him feeling more peaceful, her own desire to see him calm and loyal letting that almost dark voice of his own rage hiss in his ear, as if often did one solitary truth.

She could give him power and with her help he could control emotions and power just like her.  She was willing to teach him, as long as he obeyed.  This was a conversation they'd had before.  She didn't speak to him just calmed him, being angry and dealing with Antonio was one way to get himself killed.

My dark power will dominate them all, and soon the rebels will feel oblivion.
